British and Moroccan Forces Conduct Joint Military Exercise "Jebel Sahara" Near Marrakech

The 19th edition of the annual military exercise, "Jebel Sahara", of the British Royal Gibraltar regiment forces, is currently taking place in Morocco.
Regular and reserve soldiers have recently been deployed in the Marrakech region, in Morocco, as part of a live-fire program, reports Gibraltar chronicle. The aim is to improve their professional skills.
For the British Ministry of Defense, which organizes this military exercise every year in close collaboration with the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), it is an "excellent opportunity" that allows soldiers "to learn and exchange ideas in a very demanding environment". "Train hard, fight easy," he told them.
"It’s always a pleasure to visit our soldiers in the field, especially the former Jebel Sahara in Morocco, with which Colonel John and I have such close ties in terms of installation," tweeted Colonel Brancato. Colonel Perez and the latter had visited the troops in the field to boost their morale.
