British Airways to Launch London-Agadir Flights in 2024, Expanding Morocco Service

The British airline British Airways has just announced the launch of a new air link to Morocco from London. This flight will be launched next year.
British Airways is expanding its offering from London Gatwick by adding Agadir to its network of destinations. As of March 31, 2024, the route will be operated by BA Euroflyer, its short-haul subsidiary, with four weekly flights to the Pearl of the South.
This launch marks the return of the Agadir airport to the British airline’s catalog after an absence of more than ten years. Agadir thus joins Marrakech, consolidating the presence of British Airways in Morocco, according to the specialized site aviation24.be.
Tom Stoddart, CEO of the company, described Agadir as a coastal destination with abundant sunshine, catering to leisure travelers seeking beach activities, golf, water sports and cultural sites like the Kasbah of Agadir.
