Borussia Dortmund’s Hakimi Details Socially Distanced Training as Bundesliga Prepares to Resume

In an interview with the Spanish television channel RTVE, Achraf Hakimi spoke about the progress of training with Borussia Dortmund and the resumption of the Bundesliga.
According to the player, the sessions with Borussia Dortmund "are group training sessions", but they work in small groups while strictly respecting social distancing. "It allows us to get out of the house a bit. The groups are spread out in different corners of the training center," he added, while indicating that training for the moment is limited to "tactical and technical exercises, indoors and outdoors to stay in shape." He also said that at the end of the training, "each one takes a shower at home."
As for the resumption of the Bundesliga, the Moroccan full-back has his own idea: "We’re talking about May 9, but it’s not set in stone; because things change every day. Today, and with the current conditions, football is secondary."
