Blinken to Chair Anti-ISIS Coalition Meeting in Morocco This May

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will travel to Morocco in May to chair the meeting of the international coalition against Daesh to be held in Marrakech.
Created in 2014, the coalition has been tasked with neutralizing this terrorist group through military operations, countering the financing of terrorism and foreign terrorist fighters, counter-propaganda actions, as well as stabilization and reconstruction assistance in areas liberated from Daesh’s grip.
The meeting planned in Marrakech will see the participation of foreign ministers and representatives of 80 countries and organizations," reports Le 360, citing sources close to the ministry.
During the visit he made to Rabat last March, Antony Blinken discussed the details of this major event with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nasser Bourita.
