Belgian Police Hunt Armed and Dangerous Suspects in Torture Case

At the request of the federal prosecutor’s office, the Belgian police have issued a wanted notice in an attempt to locate two individuals suspected of having sequestered and tortured a man for days. They could go to Morocco.
This wanted notice is part of a judicial investigation. According to the investigators, Hamza Akarkach and Aziz Mozoune, the two actively wanted individuals are armed, violent and very dangerous. They are both French nationals. Born in Lille on February 18, 1991, Hamza has a scar on his upper lip. Aziz, for his part, was born in Saint-Pol-sur-Mer on June 29, 1986.
The two defendants would belong to a criminal organization active in the international transport of narcotics from Morocco to Europe and Belgium. They would have kidnapped, sequestered and tortured a Belgian citizen in Spain for several days. They are also said to have inflicted very serious bodily harm on him.
The investigators urge anyone who has met them to contact them.
