Barcelona Aims to Extend Ez Abde’s Contract Amid Transfer Speculation

FC Barcelona is about to extend the contract of Moroccan international Ez Abde. However, the Catalan club has not given up on the idea of "loaning" or "selling" him.
FC Barcelona is about to extend Ez Abde’s contract, which was due to expire in 2024, until 2026, reports SPORT. The Catalan club, which has not yet ruled out the possibility of "loaning" or "selling" the Moroccan international, hopes through this extension to drive up the bidding, the 20-year-old winger being on the radar of a series of clubs in Europe. FC Seville would be the likely destination for the Moroccan winger. Barcelona plans to use him as one of the heavyweights as part of a deal with this club to acquire the services of French international Jules Kounde.
Arrived at Barça last summer from Hercules CF, the Moroccan international has put in good performances both with the B team and the A team. In 11 appearances with the first team, Abde has scored one goal. He also scored three goals and provided seven assists in 21 games with the B team. But these performances are far from convincing the club’s management.
