Barcelona Keen to Retain Rising Star Abdessamad Ezzalzouli Amid Premier League Interest
FC Barcelona is closely monitoring the performances of Moroccan international Abdessamad Ezzalzouli of whom it is "very satisfied". It plans to keep the 21-year-old player, currently in the sights of Wolverhampton Wanderers, after his loan.
Barça is "very satisfied" with Ez Abde’s performances at Osasuna, reports the daily Sport. The Moroccan winger has scored two goals in 12 La Liga matches. Recently, he scored a magnificent goal in the 99th minute against Sevilla FC in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey (2-1 a.e.t.). These performances are seducing the Catalan club, which would like to keep the Moroccan international in the senior team for the pre-season, when he returns from his loan.
But if the Blaugranas receive a "very good offer", they could let him go this summer. A club is already positioning itself. It is Wolverhampton Wanderers. The English club wants to acquire the services of the 21-year-old player, whose contract with the Catalan club runs until 2026.
