Bank Heist in Salé: Surveillance Cameras Disabled, Investigation Underway

Individuals managed to break into a bank branch located in Salé after vandalizing the surveillance cameras. An investigation has been opened under the supervision of the technical and scientific gendarmerie.
The events took place on Monday, a few hours before the arrival of the branch employees, reports Assabah. They found that the entrance door had been forced open. Alerted, the elements of the technical and scientific gendarmerie of Salé rushed to the scene. They prohibited the employees from entering the offices while waiting for the investigators to collect fingerprints and any traces of the perpetrators. They were then transferred to the research and analysis laboratory under the high command of the Royal Gendarmerie, the same source said.
Present at the scene, the gendarmerie colonel ordered the investigators to view all the cameras of the establishments installed near the bank branch in order to identify any elements that could advance the preliminary investigation.
As for the branch manager, he was asked to provide an exhaustive report on the stolen amount and the documents destroyed by the criminals. For the moment, no details have been given on the value of the amount that was taken or the profile of the criminals.
