Auxiliary Forces Member Dies by Suicide at Moroccan Royal Palace in Tangier

An element of the auxiliary forces committed suicide on Saturday morning by hanging himself in his accommodation at King Fahd bin Abdulaziz’s palace in Tangier. Since the beginning of 2020, two civil servants have committed suicide in the city in a mysterious way.
The deceased, a 35-year-old man from Midelt, found by his colleagues hanging from a rope, avoided community life as much as possible and remained very often isolated, reports the daily Assabah.
Pending the autopsy of the body, the first elements of the investigation reveal the absence of visible traumatic lesions on the body, apart from the traces of the rope around the neck. The investigators favor depression.
The regional command of the law enforcement agencies, in addition to the services of the Royal Gendarmerie and the judicial police, went to the scene. A death certificate was drawn up, and photos of the victim were taken, while the body was transferred to the hospital morgue.
