Atlas Lions Roar into CHAN 2024 Semi-Finals, Eyeing $3.5 Million Prize Against Senegal

Qualified for the semi-finals of the African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024), the A’ Atlas Lions will receive a nice bonus from the Confederation of African Football (CAF). They will face Senegal in the semi-finals next Tuesday.
The A’ Atlas Lions have validated their ticket for the CHAN 2024 semi-finals by beating Tanzania 1-0 on Friday in Dar Es Salaam. They thus secure a bonus of just over half a million dollars for having crossed this stage of the competition. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) plans to offer a check of $3.5 million (about 31,800,000 dirhams) to the winning team. The second finalist team will receive $1.2 million. The third place in the final standings will pocket $700,000, while the fourth will receive $600,000. The teams finishing third in the group stage will receive $300,000. The participation bonus is $200,000.
The men of Tarik Sektioui will cross crampons next Tuesday with Senegal in the semi-finals of CHAN 2024. They will try to validate their ticket for the final.
