Amine Harit’s 6th Goal Propels Schalke 04 to Victory in Bundesliga Clash
Franco-Moroccan international Amine Harit scored his 6th goal during the 12th matchday of the Bundesliga, against Werder Bremen. This fine performance by the Moroccan player allowed his club to win against their opponent by a score of 2 goals to 1.
The attacking midfielder of the 2nd largest German club allowed Schalke04 to take the lead in the 43rd minute with a right-footed shot on target.
Aware of the Moroccan player’s abilities, the Werder Bremen coach had expressed his concerns before the match. He stated that Schalke04 "is very dangerous with Amine Harit, an exceptional player at the top", reports Hespress.
Impressed by the offensive play of the opposing team, the coach had already been cautious about the match results.
This performance by Amine Harit appears to be a nice revenge against Vahid Halilhodzic, who had criticized his performances with the national team. This had even cost him his exclusion from the 2021 CAN qualifiers.
