  The Moroccan real estate group, Addoha, is pursuing its conquest of Africa by launching real estate projects in Ghana.
  According to its CEO, Anas Sefrioui, the Group intends to invest in social housing and the middle-income segment in Ghana, given the enormous potential of this West African country. According to him, discussions have been initiated with the Ghanaian authorities with the aim of launching these projects which aim to meet the housing needs in the country.
