Activists Rally for Release of Detained Undocumented Moroccan Youth in Sète

Associations in Sète are calling for the release of Nourredine, a young Moroccan without papers, placed in the administrative detention center (CRA). They are organizing a rally this Friday in front of the CRA.
Attracting the attention of the authorities and citizens to the case of the young Moroccan and discussing the poor detention conditions. This is the objective of the rally organized this Friday by several associations including "Tous Ensemble". Nourredine, 26, was placed in the administrative detention center (CRA) after the French authorities discovered that he did not have a residence permit, reports Actu.fr. The young Moroccan is under threat of deportation.
Meanwhile, he can count on the support of associations like "Tous Ensemble" within which he has worked as a volunteer for several years. "He’s a nice boy, no problem, he gave us valuable help, was overworked, we have nothing to blame him for. He has been in France for about five years," testifies the head of this association.
