Youssef En-Nesyri almost changed clubs

While Sevilla FC is trying to resolve its financial problems, it has rejected an offer from AC Milan who wanted to acquire the services of its Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri.
AC Milan tried to reach an agreement, offering a loan of 5 million euros with a purchase option of 25 million euros during the summer transfer window, reports Relevo. To maximize its chances, the Italian club also offered Divock Origi as part of the deal. But Sevilla FC rejected its offer. It was demanding a lump sum of 30 million euros to let En-Nesyri go, while the market value of the Europa League 2023-2024 champion was estimated at around 40 million euros according to Transfermarkt. The Andalusian club had also not expressed interest in signing Origi.
