Wanted Belgo-Moroccan Drug Lords Evade Justice in Dubai and Morocco

On the list of the most wanted drug traffickers are several Belgo-Moroccans. They now live in Morocco, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, thus escaping Belgian and French justice.
The name of Nordin El Hajjioui alias "Dikke Nordin" is on this list. He is known for his talent as an organizer during actions in the port of Antwerp. Drug trafficking would have made him very rich. Three extradition requests for the Belgo-Moroccan to Belgium have been rejected by a Dubai court. Even when he was imprisoned in the Emirati capital for nearly a hundred days, the extradition request from the Antwerp public prosecutor’s office was met with a refusal from the United Arab Emirates, reports La Dernière Heure. He is therefore living a peaceful life in Dubai.
Targeted by a money laundering investigation, Othman El Ballouti (37) from Borgerhout has settled in Dubai, where he would be expanding his empire. He is accused of having financed a controversial Islamic primary school in Mechelen. He has not been sentenced to any prison term. By cracking Sky ECC, the federal police managed to obtain evidence to prosecute him in court. The drug trafficker is also in the sights of the American DEA which has opened an investigation. For its part, the US government has placed the Belgo-Moroccan on the OFAC blacklist, alongside his right-hand man Youssef "Benz" Ben Azza and his younger brother Younes El Ballouti. The latter was found guilty a few years ago. Kidnapped by French gangsters in 2016, he managed to escape from the Parisian apartment where he was being held. After living for a long time in Dubai, he is now in Morocco.
Mohamed Reda C., for his part, is involved in several offenses: drug trafficking, corruption, attacks and hostage-taking... The mastermind of attacks in the Antwerp drug scene was sentenced to 8 years in prison. The drug baron had escaped a kidnapping organized by French criminals. "The Algerian" "devoured them whole" and even pursued them after their failure. After that, he settles in Dubai. Arrested in Morocco last year, the one who said he "hated Moroccans" when he was in Antwerp suddenly obtains Moroccan nationality... in prison. This makes his extradition impossible. Today, he is free to move around.
Mounir El B., nicknamed "Gino" in homage to the legendary Italian cyclist, has been convicted several times for his involvement in attacks in the port of Antwerp. This member of Omar G.’s group, with whom he fell out, recently got married in Morocco after leaving Dubai.
