Tunisia Reopens to Moroccan Tourists with COVID-19 Test Requirement

Tunisia reopened its borders on Saturday, June 27, to Moroccan, French and Spanish tourists, but not yet to Algerians...
The Tunisian authorities have classified visitors into two categories. The first category includes visitors from countries on the green list. They are not subject to any conditions. The second category concerns those from countries on the "orange" list (France, Spain and Morocco are part of it). They will have to present a negative covid-19 test.
Algeria is not included in any category. "Countries not on any list are classified as red, like Algeria or Russia, two major markets for Tunisian tourism," the Ministry of Health told AFP. "Only Tunisians can arrive from red-listed countries: they must present a negative test, undergo a mandatory seven-day quarantine at a hotel at their own expense, and then take another test before leaving," the same source added.
On Saturday, several flights, particularly from Europe, have already landed at Tunis-Carthage airport. Tunisians and French traveled on a plane from Paris.
