Teen Influencer Sentenced to 17-Year Driving Ban for High-Speed Stunts in Brussels

The Brussels police court has sentenced by default Adil B.H., an influencer, to six driving bans, for a total duration of 17.5 years. A conviction that the young man royally mocks.
In addition to this conviction, Adil B.H. was also fined several times for a total amount of 25,600 euros. The Brussels police court accuses him of filming himself driving at very high speeds in Brussels. It all started with the opening of an investigation by the Brussels public prosecutor’s office in May 2023. After analyzing the influencer’s Instagram account, investigators discovered that he had rented more than 70 expensive sports cars, mostly registered in Germany and Poland, that he had reached speeds over 250 km/h and had performed dangerous maneuvers. The investigation led to the young man’s arrest in December 2023. After his arrest, he was placed under arrest warrant, incarcerated for two weeks in Haren prison, before being released under conditions.
This conviction means little to Adil, who had previously been subject to six driving bans as well as a conviction for hit-and-run and violation of drug legislation. He has published new videos on social media in which he mocks his conviction. "He is seen parking his rented Audi RS6, registered in Germany, on a roundabout near the Brussels courthouse, with Parisian rapper Lacrim - with a heavy criminal record - as background music," reports Belga.
In another video published after his conviction, the young man expresses his feelings. "I saw that I’m making headlines again. It’s not the first time this has happened to me. There’s a prosecutor there who has it in for me," he says. And adds: "A year and a half ago, they even put me in prison for a while, for a few poor videos on Instagram. But life goes on, all this changes nothing."
