Suspect Arrested in Marrakech for Viral Video Mocking Elderly Man

Insulting and defaming the victim, this was the objective of the accused in publishing this video that went viral on social networks. Its publication had provoked reactions of discontent and outrage from Internet users.

In this video, we can see two young people, one filming the old man, the other promising him the sum of 1200 dirhams. Except that the promise is not kept and the two young people leave insulting and mocking him.

Thanks to the collaboration of Internet users, one of the young people was identified before being arrested and placed in custody. His companion, on the other hand, is subject to a national arrest warrant.
