Student Attacked on Nanterre Campus by Far-Right Group Over Moroccan Jacket

Insecurity is flagrant on the Nanterre campus with regular attacks carried out by far-right factions. This Monday, it was a student of Moroccan origin who fell victim.
It was 7pm on the Nanterre campus on Monday, November 4 when a student dressed in a jacket in Moroccan colors was attacked between the forecourt of Nanterre-Université station and the student house by a dozen members of the ultra-violent far-right organization calling itself "the Paris Zouaves" or "Ouest casual" on Facebook, according to the snesup.fr website.
While they had come to distribute unsigned flyers on the station forecourt, these uncontrolled elements, armed with crutches, motorcycle helmets and umbrellas, beat up the Moroccan student, who escaped with his life thanks to the intervention of the firefighters.
According to the same source, the student’s life is out of danger, but he is suffering from "several concussions and psychological distress".
Today, on the Nanterre campus, students and staff fear for their safety on a daily basis, because of this organization which, however, is not at its first attempt.
