Ryanair to Refund Canceled Flights, Boost Customer Service for Moroccan Travelers

Unlike some airlines, Ryanair is preparing to refund canceled flights due to the coronavirus. Several Moroccan passengers are also affected by this measure.
The Irish low-cost airline Ryanair has planned not only to grant simple vouchers to reimburse its aggrieved clientele, but also free access to its customer service.
It also undertakes to increase the staff of its call centers, assures the Italian competition authority, AGCM which has convinced three other companies in addition to Ryanair. These are EasyJet, Vueling and Blue Panorama.
By committing to respect this commitment, the Italian regulatory authority has decided to no longer pursue its antitrust investigation, launched in September last year against Ryanair and the other airlines.
