Royal Caribbean Unveils 274-Night Global Cruise, Spanning 7 Continents and 65 Countries

The international company Royal Caribbean Cruise will launch the "Ultimate World Tour", the longest and most comprehensive cruise in the world in 2023 and plans a stopover in Casablanca, Morocco. At the helm, its ship "Serenade of the Seas".
"Serenade of the Seas" will set sail from Miami on December 10, 2023 for a return scheduled for September 10, 2024. "The itinerary includes visits to all seven continents, through 150 destinations (of which 57 are exclusive to the company), in 65 different countries," Royal Caribbean Cruise said in a press release. "Passengers will spend 274 nights there, or 9 months for ’the world cruise of world cruises’," said Michael Bayley, President and CEO of the company.
This long journey will be punctuated by stops in Casablanca, Morocco, the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, Brazil for New Year’s Eve, Shimizu in Japan, as well as visits to Machu Picchu in Peru and the Taj Mahal in India, or Beijing in China. The cruise will be divided into four stages: the Americas and Antarctica, Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East and the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe.
Any traveler will have to pay $61,000 for an interior cabin, $65,000 for an ocean view cabin, $79,000 for a balcony cabin and $112,000 for a stay in a junior suite. Reservations opened on Wednesday for members of Royal Caribbean’s loyalty program, diamond level or higher, and will open on October 27 for all other passengers, Royal Caribbean said. The company also gives passengers the option to book part of the journey.
