Royal Air Maroc Expands US Presence, Hires NYC PR Firms to Boost Morocco Tourism

The national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has solicited two public relations agencies based in New York, renowned for their expertise and creativity, in order to strengthen its presence on the American market and to attract more American tourists to Morocco.
5 W Public Relations (5WPR) and HOW are the two New York public relations agencies solicited by Royal Air Maroc. With a focus on media relations and strategic planning, the public relations team will aim to increase the airline’s visibility and promote travel to Morocco and Africa from major American cities, including New York, Miami and Washington, it is specified in a press release.
The 5WPR agency will analyze and identify trends, preferences and travel habits of the target audience in major American cities, in order to create campaigns and initiatives that match the interests and aspirations of travelers. This mission will be carried out in close collaboration with the Royal Air Maroc (RAM) team. As for the HOW agency, it will have to focus on revitalizing advertising creativity and targeting, by developing content for social networks.
"We are delighted to appoint 5WPR and HOW as our public relations and digital marketing agencies, firmly believing in their exceptional capabilities and expertise to effectively develop strategies and channel our communication towards consumers, business networks, business entities and the industry ecosystem," said Achraf El Hassani, CEO of RAM for the United States, also convinced that the two American agencies will effectively support the company’s expansion plan, by increasing brand awareness and unlocking the full potential of the RAM brand on the American market.
"Our Travel & Hospitality department regularly delivers impressive results and will ensure that travelers keep Royal Air Maroc in mind when planning their next international trip," promised Dara Busch, co-CEO of 5WPR. Matt Caiola, head of HOW, will say, for his part, that his team is eager to embark "on this exciting partnership with RAM and help drive their brand recognition to new heights."
