Royal Air Maroc Expands African Routes from France with Competitive Fares

This year, the national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) will serve 29 African destinations from 8 French cities at preferential rates, as part of the sustained recovery of air activity. It also plans some new features.
After more than two years of health crisis related to Covid-19, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) wants to be more competitive, particularly on routes departing from France and destined for Africa. It plans to operate flights at preferential rates from eight French cities, namely Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Lyon, Toulouse, Marseille and Strasbourg, to 29 African cities, including Dakar, Abidjan, Yaoundé, Kinshasa, Brazzaville, Lagos, Conakry and Ouagadougou.
To attract customers, the airline has recruited Africans and offers African cuisine on board. "The meals on board are composed by drawing on the best of African cultures. A large part of the cabin crew deployed on the African routes is from these regions," Royal Air Maroc said in a press release. It also intends to make announcements in the cabin in certain local languages.
