Royal Air Maroc Cuts 45 International Routes for Winter Season

The airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has suspended its flights to 45 international destinations for the winter season.
RAM has modified its flight schedule for the winter season. It has suspended bookings to 45 international destinations, reports Routes Online. No more flights from the cities of Casablanca, Marrakech and Rabat to cities like Berlin, Boston, Copenhagen, Doha, Munich, Vienna, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse and London for the period from September 17, 2020 to March 27, 2021.
This is not the first announcement of flight suspensions for the winter season. A few days earlier, the kingdom’s carrier had decided to suspend 15 routes: Miami, Boston, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Doha, Athens, Vienna, Munich, Zurich, Gibraltar, Manchester, Ndjamena, Lagos, Beirut or Amman due to the extension of the state of health emergency in Morocco until October 10, 2020 and the lack of visibility.
