Real Madrid Eyes Sevilla’s Bounou as Goalkeeper Transfer Target

The future of Seville’s Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou remains a mystery, especially after losing his starting spot with Mendilibar.
The goalkeeper, who had received a few offers during the winter transfer window, has chosen to postpone any decision until the summer. According to rumors, notably Eldesmarque.com, Real Madrid would be closely following his situation.
Over the past two transfer windows, Bono has been linked to several major European clubs, including Bayern Munich and Manchester United. Recently, it is Real Madrid, who are set to face Seville this Saturday, that has shown interest in the Moroccan goalkeeper. The Madrilenians would be looking for a goalkeeper capable of replacing Lunin, and Bono finds himself fourth on their list, behind Robert Sánchez, David Soria and Gazzaniga.
Despite Ancelotti’s doubts about Lunin, Real Madrid’s management does not plan to part ways with the young Ukrainian, considered capable of assuming the role of second goalkeeper.
