Rabat Region Launches "MatmchichB3id" Campaign to Boost Domestic Tourism in Morocco

"MatmchichB3id", this is the name of the campaign that will soon be launched by the Regional Tourism Council (CRT) of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra in collaboration with the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT). This campaign is mainly aimed at promoting domestic tourism.
"Adapting your trip to your hobbies and varying the pleasures, all without going far! This is the credo of this campaign". Thus, for its success, "the focus will be on the social media platforms "Visit Rabat" with a community management strategy that favors the preservation and "User Generated Content (UGC)", a major trend on the web that consists of promoting the production of content by Internet users," the Council said.
The purpose of this campaign is to establish proximity and exchange to better understand the needs of each person. "Efforts that will be added to those of the Ministry of Tourism, Crafts, Air Transport and Social Economy and the ONMT to continue to improve the positioning of the Moroccan destination, whether at the local or international level".
In this sense, the CRT has called on travel ambassadors known on social networks, whose experiences will be published on social networks in order to attract Internet users and convert them into future visitors. Not to mention that the tourism operators in the region have been asked to suggest advantageous and adapted offers to the needs of Moroccan travelers.
