Newcastle Eyes Ziyech as Saudi Takeover Sparks Transfer Speculation

Brighter days on the horizon for Hakim Ziyech? The Atlas Lion is going through difficult times professionally, both in his club and in the national team. Shunned by Vahid Halilhodzic who accuses him of trivializing the national team, the Moroccan player is increasingly being pushed towards the exit at Chelsea. But a chance to start over on new bases is offered to him with the takeover of Newcastle by Saudi investors.
Sources close to the new owners of the English club indicate that they have their sights set on certain big players and the name of the Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech is mentioned. An opportunity for the former Ajax Amsterdam player who has had a chaotic start to the season. Rejected by the supporters, he no longer has the favor of Thomas Tuchel who gives him very little playing time since the start of the season, even going so far as to criticize him in a press conference.
This did not prevent the new management of Newcastle from making his recruitment a priority for the next transfer window, according to the English media. In an uncomfortable position since the departure of Frank Lampard, Ziyech had thought of settling at AC Milan, but Tuchel refused to let him go.
Unfortunately, the spark will not happen, Ziyech has not been able to delight the supporters with the good performances he had accustomed the Ajax supporters to. They even demanded his departure after Chelsea’s last two games.
