Mutilated Woman’s Body Found in Tangier Neighborhood, Police Investigate

The Tangier police discovered the lifeless body of a woman on Tuesday in the Malabata neighborhood of the city. An investigation has been opened to determine the causes and circumstances of the death.
The body of the woman, mutilated and in an advanced state of decomposition, was found near a sewage pipe in the Malabata neighborhood. The judicial police officers opened an investigation to determine the circumstances and the cause, accidental or criminal, of the victim’s death. After the usual observations, the woman’s body was transported to the regional hospital in Tangier for the needs of the autopsy, reports the daily Akhbar.
Two weeks ago, the elements of the gendarmerie of the commune of Gueznaia discovered the body of a man dead in his house. An investigation has been opened, under the supervision of the public prosecutor’s office. The criminal track is not ruled out. The man worked in the fishing sector. He was last seen in the company of some of his friends whom he had invited to dinner at home in the absence of his wife, who had gone to visit her parents.
