Morocco Reports Record 1,283 New COVID-19 Cases in 24 Hours, Total Surpasses 28,500

1,283 new Covid-19 infections were recorded in Morocco in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health announced. Since early March, 28,500 people have been affected in the Kingdom.

• Casablanca-Settat: +249
• Fès-Meknès: +201
• Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: +136
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +26
• Oriental: +13
• Béni Mellal-Khénifra: +22
• Drâa-Tafilalet: +10
• Souss-Massa: +5
• Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab: +3
Here are the other figures to remember:
• 18 deaths since last night. Total at 435.
• 21,278 tests performed.
• 365 new recoveries. Total at 19,994.
• 8,071 patients under treatment.
• 108 people in serious condition. 19 intubated.
Yesterday, Tuesday, August 4, infections rose again with the recording of 1,021 cases.
