Morocco Reports 2,157 New COVID-19 Cases, Casablanca-Settat Region Hardest Hit

2,157 Covid-19 infections were recorded on Wednesday, September 9 in Morocco, according to the Minister of Health. Since the start of the coronavirus epidemic, 77,878 people have been affected by the coronavirus in the Kingdom.

• Souss-Massa: +139
• Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab: +44
• Laâyoune - Sakia El Hamra: +15
• Guelmim – Oued Noun: +10

• 26 deaths since last night. Total at 1,453. Fatality rate at 1.9%
• 20,617 tests. Total at 2,060,286.
• 16,702 patients under treatment.
• 2,484 new recoveries. Total at 59,723.
• 244 people in serious condition, including 52 intubated.
