The Paris court decided on Monday to postpone the hearing on the admissibility of the proceedings initiated by the Moroccan state against French NGOs and media that accused the kingdom in the Pegasus affair.
Accused of having used the Pegasus spyware, can Morocco sue for defamation in France? The answer will not be known until January 26, the new date set by the French justice system to follow up on the request of the Moroccan authorities.
To recall, Morocco’s legal procedure is initiated against media and organizations such as: Le Monde, Radio France, France Media Monde, Mediapart, L’Humanité, Forbidden Stories and Amnesty International.
