Morocco’s Mohammed VI Academy Produces Rising Stars in European Football

In twelve years of existence, the Mohammed VI Football Academy has trained several players who are now making Morocco proud abroad. Twelve of the talents trained by the Academy are leading exemplary careers in Europe. These include Youssef En-Nesyri, Nayef Aguerd and Azeddine Ounahi.
The Mohammed VI Football Academy can be proud to have succeeded in its mission: to train young people capable of carrying high the torch of football in Morocco and internationally. This is the case of these twelve young footballers from the Mohammed VI Academy who are amazing and arousing the interest of several other clubs around the world. Last weekend, Azeddine Ounahi stood out by scoring in Ligue 1 against Olympique Lyonnais, reports the daily Al Massae.
Among the 12 young people are also the Sevilla FC striker Youssef En-Nesyri, Nayef Aguerd, who currently plays for Rennes, Hamza Mendyl and Soufiane Malka. Making these young people excellent players required an investment estimated at 13 million euros since the establishment of the Academy.
These players represent a source of pride for Morocco, which aims to give a new face to this sport, hence the establishment of this center whose reputation goes beyond the borders of the country.
