Morocco to France: Maritime Bridge Set for Stranded Motorhome Travelers’ Return

Blocked in Morocco for more than two months due to the closure of borders, French motorhome travelers will finally be able to return to France. Jean-Yves Le Drian, Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, announced the organization of about ten maritime connections in the next fifteen days.
"We will organize, for motorhome travelers in particular, but not only for them, about ten maritime connections in the next fifteen days," the minister said on Tuesday on Europe 1. According to him, it is a "real maritime bridge". He will specify that a boat will leave Tuesday, towards Sète; another Wednesday, towards Marseille; two French ports on the Mediterranean coast.
Jean-Yves Le Drian also announced that crossings are also planned "next week" towards Malaga (Spain), Sète and Marseille. From Malaga, the Spanish authorities will allow motorhome travelers to return to France "if they remain on the highway," the minister added.
