Morocco to Begin Repatriation of Citizens Stranded in France Amid Pandemic

The repatriation operation of Moroccans stranded in France to the kingdom will begin on Monday, June 22.
Two flights from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport and another flight from a provincial city will be operated on Monday to Agadir, reports Atlasinfo.
Agadir Al Massira Airport, which has been closed for several months, will reopen to welcome Moroccans stranded in France for more than three months due to the suspension of air traffic, a measure taken by the authorities of the kingdom to curb the spread of the coronavirus. The airport has already taken steps to ensure the health safety of its staff and passengers.
Among these measures, we can mention the social distancing between travelers, the sterilization operations of the airport terminals and all their equipment, the broadcasting of awareness capsules to constantly remind airport users to respect the health safety rules, the deployment of thermal cameras to detect any Covid-19 carriers upon arrival.
