Moroccan Victim in Jacques Bouthier Sex Abuse Case Speaks Out, Reveals Trauma

The Moroccan Aïcha, the main plaintiff in the Jacques Bouthier case, is struggling to overcome the violence she claims to have suffered from the former CEO of the Assu 2000 group.
"I can’t take public transportation because there are too many people, I can’t go out alone," she says. She also claims to have been ostracized by her family," Aïcha tells BFMTV.
The young Moroccan crossed paths with Jacques Bouthier in 2016. At the time, she had left Morocco for France and was undocumented. Introduced to the businessman who was then one of the wealthiest men in France, the 16-year-old adolescent will later become a victim of rape. The former Assu 2000 CEO is suspected of having imposed sexual acts on her against her will. He "dated girls of 16, 15 years old," Aïcha assures.
Aïcha will put an end to this ordeal in March 2022 by filming the businessman with a 14-year-old girl, before entrusting the images to the police station and filing a complaint against Jacques Bouthier. This complaint led to the opening of a preliminary investigation, then a judicial investigation for human trafficking of a minor, rape of a minor over 15 years old, use of the prostitution of a minor and sexual assault on a minor under 15 years old. The former CEO of the Assu 2000 group will be indicted.
Today, the 23-year-old woman expects the businessman’s trial to take place. Indicted in particular for rape of a minor, he was released on bail last March. A medical examination requested by the defense had concluded that the 76-year-old man’s general health had deteriorated and that he was incompatible with being kept in detention. Nine other people are implicated in this case, including a former GIGN member who is said to have been hired to retrieve the video filmed by Aïcha.
