Moroccan Star Amine Harit Joins Marseille, Bids Emotional Farewell to Schalke 04

Moroccan international Amine Harit is now playing for Olympique de Marseille (OM). On loan for the 2021-2022 season, the 24-year-old player posted a message of thanks and farewell to his Schalke 04 club on his Instagram account.
"This is not how I imagined saying goodbye. But our story is now over. I arrived here as a young foreigner. You welcomed me with open arms from the first day. I laughed a lot in this jersey and I cried in this jersey," wrote Amine Harit who will play this season for the Marseille club.
In his message, he confides that he has had very beautiful experiences that will follow him everywhere. "Through the highs and lows we’ve been through together, our relationship has become unconditional. These feelings will always be a part of the man I’ve become here. This young foreigner is now the father of two children I’ve raised with the values I’ve learned at Schalke. I will be eternally grateful for that."
It was in 2017 that the Atlas Lion joined Schalke 04, from FC Nantes. He arrived on Saturday in France to finalize his transfer to Olympique de Marseille. His contract with Schalke 04 runs until 2024.
