Moroccan Prince to Attend Notre-Dame Reopening in Paris

Prince Moulay Rachid, the brother of King Mohammed VI, will be in Paris this weekend for the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris.
The prince will join a host of heads of state, kings and queens from around the world to celebrate this symbolic moment. He will represent the kingdom alongside other prominent figures, such as US President Donald Trump, who has confirmed his attendance, as well as the presidents of Germany, Italy and Poland.
Several French media had announced the presence of King Mohammed VI at this reopening at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron. The sovereign was in Paris a few days ago for private holidays. Many photos had been published on social media where he was seen with Princes Moulay Hassan and Lalla Khadija.
