Moroccan Prime Minister Leads Delegation to France for High-Level Talks

As part of the 14th high-level meeting to be held tomorrow with France, Saâd Eddine El Otmani, the Moroccan government’s head, will lead the kingdom’s delegation to Paris.
This meeting between French and Moroccan authorities opens just a few days after the participation in the fourth bilateral parliamentary forum in Paris where, Habib El Maliki, President of the House of Representatives, led a Moroccan parliamentary delegation.
On the occasion of this high-level meeting, the Head of the Moroccan government will meet with the French Prime Minister, Edouard Philippe, according to a press release from Saâd Eddine El Otmani’s department. Moreover, this high-level meeting will result in the signing of several bilateral agreements between the two countries.
Classified as one of Morocco’s leading trade partners, France is the leading foreign investor and creditor in African countries. This justifies the creation in 2013 of a biennial forum that "aims to strengthen consultation and cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries".
