Moroccan Consulate in France Reports Two Suspected COVID-19 Cases Among Staff

The coronavirus has reached the Moroccan consulate in Colombes. Two local agents have shown symptoms of the disease.
According to consular sources, it was the attending physician who revealed to the two agents that they are showing symptoms of the covid-19 epidemic, reports Atlasinfo. He recommended that they call 15 (SAMU) to undergo a screening test. The two agents are quarantined at home for 14 days.
Souad Zairi, the Consul General in Colombes, reassured Moroccan nationals and others that the consulate has taken drastic precautionary and disinfection measures. She also assured that she is closely monitoring the health status and the test results of the two local agents.
On Saturday, the Director General of Health, Jérôme Salomon, announced that France is now at stage 3 of the new coronavirus epidemic, which corresponds to active circulation of the virus throughout the territory.
