Moroccan Comedian Faces Rape Charges in France, Released Pending Trial

Accused of rape by a French woman, Moroccan comedian Abdelfattah Jaouadi will be prosecuted while being granted provisional release. This is the decision of the French justice in this case where the winner of the "Comedia" show is accused of sexual assault by a young French woman.
The justice having confiscated the car and passport of the Moroccan comedian, he is therefore prohibited from leaving Grenoble where he is until this case is fully elucidated. The plaintiff would be a 28-year-old French woman who works as a saleswoman.
During his interrogation, Abdelfattah Jaouadi had to use the services of an interpreter during the police interrogation as he did not understand French.
He was placed in custody as part of the investigation to determine the ins and outs of this case which risks tarnishing his image. Hespress specifies in this regard that the comedian will have to appear before the court on October 17.
Abdelfattah Jaouadi, who had immigrated to Switzerland more than a year ago, intends to clear his name at the end of this story and displays great serenity. Meanwhile, on social networks, Internet users are commenting, both maliciously and benevolently.
