Moroccan-Born Entrepreneur Aziz Senni Rumored for French Cabinet Position

François Bayrou is conducting a series of consultations to form his government. Aziz Senni, an entrepreneur from Mantes-la-Jolie (Yvelines) of Moroccan origin and close to Prime Minister Aziz Senni, is said to be in the running for the Ministry of Labor or SMEs or Secretary of State.
The Bayrou government will be known in the coming days. In the meantime, the rumors are rife about the name of Aziz Senni. He would be well placed to obtain a position in the government of his mentor, appointed Prime Minister on December 13, believes le Parisien. This 48-year-old business leader would be considered for the Ministry of Labor or SMEs.
This loyal follower of the Prime Minister is well known in the business world as well as in the political sphere. 20 years ago, he created a shared taxi company aimed at pooling trips to reduce the cost of customer service. Success is smiling at him. However, he is not resting on his laurels. He had implemented other projects, including an investment fund focused on neighborhoods.
Senni is the co-author of the book "The social elevator is broken, I took the stairs", published by Editions Archipel, in 2005. In this book, he recounts "the difficulties in establishing oneself in the business world when one comes from sensitive neighborhoods". The MRE is also the president and founder of the "Quartiers d’affaires" association. Last September, he launched the first edition of the "Davos of the suburbs".
Seduced by the project carried by the MoDem, Senni is entering politics. In 2007, he was a candidate in the legislative elections in the 8th constituency of Yvelines. This loyal follower of the mayor of Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) still maintains good relations with his mentor, François Bayrou. And, he could land a ministerial portfolio.
