Meghan Markle’s Royal Wardrobe Costs Soar to $1.2 Million, Including $110,000 Dior Gown in Morocco

The outfits worn by Duchess Meghan Markle between May 19, 2018 and March 9, during official trips to Morocco or other countries, will have cost a fortune.
Since the marriage of Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and American actress Meghan Markle on May 19, 2018 to the renunciation of their title of Highness on March 9, the Duchess’s outfits would have cost 977,309 pounds sterling, or about 1.1 million euros, reports the Daily Mail. According to the same source, the Dior dress she wore during her official trip to Rabat in March 2019 is worth more than 100,000 €.
The Emilia Wickstead dress worn in Sydney during a trip in October 2018 cost 1,800 €; the one signed Jason Wu bought for 1,700 € for a private event; a 1,000 € creation by Victoria Beckham for the Endeavour Awards, or even a very beautiful blue Safiyaa dress at 1,200 € for a trip to the Fiji Islands.
According to the British newspaper, Prince Harry had covered these expenses through the Duchy of Cornwall. Some believe that the brands would have offered these outfits to Duchess Meghan Markle to get a bit of publicity.
