The earth trembled in the province of Ouarzazate on Thursday evening, October 14, where a seismic shock of magnitude 3.1 on the Richter scale was recorded.
New earthquake in Ouarzazate. An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 was felt off this province, according to the National Institute of Geophysics (ING). This tremor occurred at 8:19:44 pm (GMT+1), the National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network of the ING said in a seismic alert bulletin.
The felt shock is at a depth of 2 km, at a latitude of 30.645°N and a longitude of 6.978°W, the same source added.
