Maghreb Leaders Urge Calm as Morocco-Algeria Tensions Escalate

Moroccan and Algerian personalities have, in a petition, expressed their great concern about the current escalation in relations between Rabat and Algiers. They call "on all people and organizations of goodwill in the two countries, and beyond the Maghreb, to act for a return to reason".
