ISIS Recruitment of Moroccan Women in Europe Surges, Intelligence Reports Show

Radical movements have recruited more Salafist women, including Moroccans in Germany and Belgium, with respective rates of 30% and 45%. This is revealed by the intelligence services of the two countries.
The number of Salafist women recruited in Germany has increased from 1,356 in 2018 to 1,580 in 2019 within an Islamist corporation that has 12,000 radical Salafists, an increase of 30%, according to a report from the German intelligence services.
According to these services, 630 "dangerous extremists" are present on German territory, including 112 in prison. The Belgian intelligence services, for their part, speak of a 45% increase.
The Belgian intelligence services estimate that these Salafist women are indoctrinated to carry out terrorist attacks or join terrorist organizations in areas of tension.
