Gruesome "Crime Scene" Staged to Demand Justice for 4-Year-Old A10 Highway Victim

The association Mouv’Enfants has decided to reproduce on Thursday, in front of the Blois (Loir-et-Cher) courthouse, a "crime scene" of the "little martyr of the A10", this 4-year-old girl whose mutilated body was found on August 11, 1987 on the side of the highway in Suèvres, 14 km northwest of Blois, so that "justice is finally done".

This "crime scene" consists of a life-size outline drawing of Inass, with all possible details, including the mutilations on her body, the splattered blood symbolizing the acts of barbarism perpetrated on the little girl. The tableau is completed by elements such as the blue and white dress reminiscent of the one worn by Inass, the blanket in which her body was found, an iron, an object that would have been used to commit acts of torture on the little girl, the photo of her parents accused of these atrocities, etc. On the placards brandished by the association’s activists, messages such as "Inass, we don’t forget you" or "Mr. Darmanin, find a room!" could be read.

The association fighting against all forms of violence against children calls for the trial of Inass’s alleged murderers to be held as soon as possible. "It is unacceptable to tell us that there would not be a suitable room in France. Who are we kidding? We call on the Minister of Justice. How is it that he does not speak out and does not actively mobilize so that this trial is finally held, when the gendarmerie-justice duo has never let go in this exceptionally criminal case," it indignantly told Le Parisien. "In 2018, thanks to the tenacity of the gendarmes, the judges, this little martyr finally found her identity - Inass Touloub - and the parents were indicted. We are in 2025, and still no trial!" denounces Amandine Sanvisens, the initiator of this activity of the association.

The Court of Cassation validated in September 2024 the indictment of Inass’s mother before the Loir-et-Cher Assize Court for "torture and acts of barbarism resulting in death", and of her father for "complicity", before refusing last April the change of venue of this trial, requested by the Attorney General of the Orléans Court of Appeal, citing among other things a lack of resources to organize the hearings. The two defendants are now 71 and 73 years old and it is urgent to organize their trial due to their fragile health. "It is obvious that this trial needs to be scheduled as soon as possible. The gendarmes fought so hard to solve the martyrdom of this child..." pleads Me Isabelle Steyer, lawyer for the Voix de l’Enfant in this case.

The exact date of the trial of Inass’s parents, the alleged murderers of the little girl, is still unknown. The citizen movement co-founded by Arnaud Gallais took the opportunity to recall that in France, "a child dies every five days from parental abuse".
