Glory Kickboxing Suspends Jamal Ben Saddik Amid Rule Violation Investigation

Glory kickboxing has just suspended Jamal Ben Saddik, 32, who is the subject of an investigation for a violation of its rules. Pending the results of the investigation, the kickboxer of Moroccan origin will not participate in any competition.
This radical decision was made against Ben Saddik as he threatened to retire if he doesn’t fight by July. "If I don’t fight before July, I promise to retire. I’m serious," he said on Instagram Live.
Before Ben Saddik, Glory recently suspended Cihad Kepenek and Luis Tavares for doping, and is also awaiting the results of a B sample from Alistair Overeem, who tested positive for a prohibited substance after his victory over Badr Hari.
Moreover, Glory has postponed its biggest event of the year, a fight between Rico Verhoeven and Antonio Plazibat at Collision 5, due to a knee injury to Verhoeven. The fight should take place after the summer.
