Six months in prison with probation is the sentence imposed on Mohamed D., alias Masta Ex, aged 29, by the Pontoise Criminal Court on Thursday, for glorifying terrorism, reports Le Parisien.
Uploaded to YouTube by the rapper since July, the video clip, titled "Terrorist" has now accumulated over 32,000 views. A significant audience that did not escape the vigilance of the intelligence services, who alerted the Pontoise prosecutor.
A search carried out at the rapper’s home by the Cergy judicial police last Wednesday, on the anniversary of the November 13, 2015 attacks, allowed investigators to seize digital media, but also a neutralized pellet handgun.
