French Rapper Koba LaD Targeted in Brussels Over Past Anti-Moroccan Comments
French rapper Koba LaD, who was giving a showcase at the Mirano, escaped an attack by young Brusselers who blamed him for insulting remarks against Moroccans made nearly three years ago.
The young Brusselers agreed to meet on Wednesday at Place Madou to go together to the Mirano Brussels where French rapper Koba LaD was giving a showcase in order to attack him, reports Sudinfo. They blame the artist for racist remarks against Moroccans he had made about three years ago on Twitter.

In response to the comment deemed inappropriate by an Internet user in January 2019, Koba LaD had reacted in these terms: "I f... your cousins in Morocco thanks to my music son of a b...". These remarks had sparked calls to boycott the artist’s concerts, who had even received death threats.
