French Muslims to Begin Ramadan on May 6, One Day Earlier Than Morocco

Based on astronomical calculations, the SaphirNews website estimates the start date of Ramadan in France as May 6. One day before Morocco, which, according to the calculations, will start Ramadan on May 7.
Saphirnews explains that in France: "the unified Muslim calendar based on calculations announces a 29-day fasting month with: the beginning of the month of Ramadan 2019 - 1440 set for Monday, May 6, 2019," also specifying "the end of the month of Ramadan 2019 - 1440 set for Monday, June 3, 2019" and therefore "The Eid al-Fitr feast, corresponding to the first day of Shawwal, is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4, 2019".
The same source, however, specifies that the French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM), the body authorized to provide the official dates, will announce the start and end dates of the fast during the traditional Nights of Doubt at the Great Mosque of Paris.
As for Morocco, the astronomer and university researcher El Hassan Talbi states that the start and end dates of Ramadan will be May 7 and June 5 respectively. Also a 29-day Ramadan.
